Cindy lives in Centerview, Missouri with her husband, Larry of over 32 years. They have owned L & L Auto Service for 28 years and Sew Good Quilting for 5 years. They have his and hers businesses that sit side by side in Warrensburg, Missouri. Cindy has a BSBA in Business Administration/Management and worked at University of Central Missouri and L & L until she started Sew Good Quilting. While fostering several children and raising two of her own Cindy needed something to maintain her sanity. When her husband’s aunt opened a quilt shop across the road, she found fabric to be just what she needed. As time allowed, some piecing took place but mostly fabric collecting. In 2008, most of the kids were grown and quilt tops were waiting to be quilted. Larry took her to look at longarm machines and being a mechanic was sold on the best made, which they believed to be Gammill. He wanted to be able to quilt as well and fell in love with the Statler. Sew Good Quilting was then started as a longarm business and several months later became a quilt shop as well. In 2014, a second Statler and a Vision 2 were added and Sew Good Quilting became an authorized Gammill Sub Dealer. Business continues to grow. We are very thankful for the people we have met and the special friendships we have made along the way. We are excited to see where this wonderful journey takes us!
